Red Mountain Grill

Red Mountain Grill is a Dillon favorite for burgers, sandwiches, pizza, pasta and more. House specialties include smoked prime rib, St. Louis BBQ ribs, fish-n-chips and pistachio-crusted Rocky Mountain trout.
The restaurant boasts one of the best happy hours in Dillon, with two-for-one select draft beers, well liquors and house wine every Monday through Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Happy hour eats include $5 cheese pizzas with $1 toppings and $7.95 wings with a choice of three sauces.
With more than 20 specialty cocktails on the menu, like the flirtini made with Red Bull and Pomegranate, or the Greeg Goddess made with pomegranate vodka, Sierra Mist and sweet-n-sour mix, it's the perfect spot for an afternoon drink after skiing or work, or just because!

Dillon Dam Brewery

The award-winning Dillon Dam Brewery is one of the largest Brew-Pubs in the nation and one of the best family restaurants in Summit County. The brewery serves craft beer — hand-crafted ales and lagers — and brews about 2,000 barrels per year. This makes it the the 69th largest Brew-Pub in the nation (out of nearly 1,000). That’s a lot of Dam Beer™.
The American-style restaurant serves lunch, dinner and a kids menu. Located just off Interstate 70, it's also a great stop for anyone heading through Summit County. The restaurant also offers brewery tours, free wi-fi, sports on 11 high definition TV’s, mountain views, a summer beer garden, live music and a collectibles/souvenier shop.
