Q: What type of business do you operate - what do you sell, or what service do you provide?
A: Accelerated Computer & IT Solutions (ACCITS) provides a wide range of computer services and IT solutions to business and home users in Summit County. Our services range from computer sales and support, to LAN and WAN design and integration and disaster recovery! We have the best IT consultants in Summit - each with over 10 years of experience. Our GM Bernie Reynoso and senior consultant Dean Rogers have a loyal following of customers in Summit from their previous positions.
The management of ACCITS also leads and manages the highly successful and rapidly growing company - ResortInternet (RI), the premier provider of High Speed Internet Service (HSIS) to resort lodges in Colorado's destination resorts. RI started in Summit County in 2003, and now provides High Speed Internet Service to more than 4,000 condos in 135 resort lodges, stretching from Keystone to Aspen!
The reason for ResortInternet's continuing rapid success is the exceptionally responsive customer and technical support it provides for its HSIS to its homeowners and guests. We will be providing that same level of exceptionally responsive customer and technical support to our customers at ACCITS. That's what will be our differentiator and our hallmark!
Q: Where are you from, and why did you decide to open your business in Summit County?
A: As I said, we have been successful businessmen for many years in Summit. We love it here! Summit has been great for us at ResortInternet, and we have lots of friends and customers here. We'll provide that same great spirit of customer service and support to a new market segment, and we believe that's what customers want and expect, and we will deliver! That's why we are opening a second business in Summit County.

A: Our senior management team have been successful entrepreneurs in the field of technology and have led many successful companies. Our technical staff each has over 10 years of technical experience. We have assembled a GREAT team! I think Summit business owners and managers will be impressed with our technical skills and our spirit of service.

Q: What types of customers do you hope to reach in Summit County?
A: In addition to the customers that already know us and know the quality of our service and the level of support we provide, we hope to expand to customers who have been unhappy with their current service providers and want quick solutions so they can continue running their businesses.
Q: Why did you choose to open where you did?
A: The location we found on Summit Boulevard in Frisco is ideal. We are renting from previous entrepreneurs - the guys who started Sharpshooter Imaging. They were easy to work with and it was amazing how quickly we put a deal together and will be occupying the space. Our office location puts us directly in the middle of Summit County, which will allow us to serve the entire County quickly and efficiently.
Q: What are your plans for your company's future?
A: We think there is enough business in Summit County for a long time. We think Summit customers will like what we offer and we will expand because we provide great service at a reasonable price. But, as we did with ResortInternet, we would expect that we could replicate the model - and assuming we can find the same quality of team members we have put together in Summit - there is no reason we couldn't follow the RI model and set up new shops in all of Colorado's resort areas.
