Recycled Costume Contest planned

Print Comment
Thinking of Halloween? Have an idea for a great homemade costume? See something funky and retro at the Summit Thrift & Treasure Store? Get out your creative hats and make something new out of something old!

The first ever Recycled Costume Contest will be held at Ecobrews (a fundraiser and celebration for the High Country Conservation Center) on Saturday, Oct. 27 at the Silverthorne Pavilion. Live music with LionVibes raggafunk band; fine beer from all of our local brewers; and a celebration of the season will complete the event.
Doors open at 7 p.m. and the winners of the Recycled Costume Contest will be announced at 9:30 p.m. Prizes will be awarded for a variety of categories. Or, if you don’t feel creative, maybe you’ll find something to wear for sale at the event. Call (970) 668-5703 for more information.
