VAIL Eagle County saw just 104 real-estate transactions in January, the fewest in 12 years. The total amount of sales dollars for those transactions was $124 million, the lowest in four years, according to statistics compiled by Land Title Guarantee Company in Eagle.
January is customarily the slowest month for real-estate in Eagle County, which has seen record sales over the past few years.
