Baby boomers and rumors among celebs

Celebrities are so coy when it comes to pregnancy. They often won’t confirm that they are expecting until they look like they are about to go into labor at any moment. Well the latest pregnancy rumors surround singer Ashlee Simpson (younger sister of Jessica Simpson).

Ashlee, who ironically got engaged just last week to boyfriend Pete Wentz of the band “Fall Out Boy,” is supposedly pregnant and planning to tie the knot this summer, according to a snitch who told People magazine.

It’s probably safe to assume that Ashlee’s notoriously strict and controlling father (and former minister) is not down with his daughter having a child out of wedlock, hence the sudden nuptials. One couple that is married and possibly expecting their second child is Spiderman’s Tobey Maguire and his wife Jennifer Meyer. According to In Touch Weekly, the couple will be giving their little girl Ruby, 17 months, a sibling in October.

Babies that I can confirm are actresses Cate Blanchett’s and Jodie Sweetin’s (you know, Stephanie from “Full House”). Blanchett gave birth to her third child, Ignatius Martin Upton, on Sunday. Sweetin, 26, had her first child, a girl named Zoie, last Saturday with her second husband who is a set designer.

The latest sex tape

Watch out Paris Hilton, the late Marilyn Monroe is giving you a run for your money. She has been dead for more than 40 years, but that doesn’t mean she’s still not making headlines.

A New York businessman, Keya Morgan, just purchased a 15-minute long sex tape starring the blonde vixen that was recorded back in the 1950s. The graphic tape sold for $1.5 million and according to Morgan, the tape will remain unseen by the public out of respect to the deceased actress. Morgan discovered the tape’s existence while researching his documentary, “Marilyn Monroe: Murder on Fifth Helena Drive.”

Until now, the sole copy of the original (a copy of which is in the hands of the FBI), was being held by the son of a deceased FBI informant, who sold it to Morgan.

It’s no wonder why Oprah Winfrey gives away a ton of her money to charity. She makes $260 million a year and I imagine it gets pretty hard to spend it all on yourself.

The mogul topped Parade Magazine’s “What People Earn” list this year. Other celebs that made the list? Tiger Woods ($115 million), Dr. Phil ($90 million), Steven Spielberg ($110 million), supermodel Gisele Bundchen ($33 million), American Idol’s Ryan Seacrest ($12 million), and Super Bowl champion quarterback Eli Manning ($11.5 million).

But the most depressing earnings of the year belong to the late Leona Hemsley’s dog. Trouble made $12 million last year. The real estate billionaire, who passed away last summer, made sure her Maltese would have a secure and lavish life without her. Now that’s one trust fund baby.

The most random rapper to hit the streets!

Bill Cosby is releasing a hip-hop/pop album! Yes, the 70-year-old comedian and former sitcom star will release a “feel good” CD in May.

In the past, Cosby has bashed hip-hop music for being profane, angry and degrading, and now, he’s taking the matter into his own hands. Instead of the usual subject matter of hip-hop music (sex, violence, etc.), Cosby will entice listeners with his sense of strong values and the importance of an education. He elaborates by telling the AP that he wants to give listeners a chance to raise their self-esteem and confidence.

This album may not win the fans of rappers such as 50 cent, but it will likely be a hit in elementary schools!

Paris Hilton might soon be off the market for good. The serial dater who is spotted with a different guy every week is quite serious with her boyfriend of a month Benji Madden, of the band “Good Charlotte.”

The twin brother of Joel, who has a child with Hilton’s BFF Nicole Richie, has already won over the socialite’s parents. Kathy Hilton revealed in an interview with “Vegas Luxe Life” that she has a funny feeling it’s going to go all the way and that they’ve already given it their approval!
