billQ is an amazing little powerhouse of a site that has the potential to help you save money and become more organized with your bills - if you'll allow it to do so. With billQ "you always know exactly what you have to pay, and when you have to pay it." If you can already say this with confidence, I would like to commend you for your excellent organization skills and suggest that you skip the rest of this review.
billQ was developed to provide people with a simple way to keep track of bills, receive reminders before bills are due, and make sense of them once they're paid. It's got an intuitive, clean interface that makes it easy for you to set up bill schedules, reminders, and groups - and then to view reports of your payment history to see exactly where your money is going (and what you can do to better manage it!).
The site offers two plans - one is free and the other is $5/month or $50/year. The paid plan allows you to have more schedules, more groups, more e-mail addresses where reminders are sent, and more expense summaries and projects. It also lets you view your entire history (instead of the past three months, which is what the free plan offers) and removes all the advertising that is displayed with the free plan.

Tech Buy of the Week: SpaceStation
California-based BlueLouge sells some very nice gadgets for the common computer workstation, and their tagline says it all: "Minimalism has never been so useful." Unclutter your desk and mind with their simple solutions to everyday problems and watch your daily work stress float away (well, at least some of it, anyhow!).
My favorite item that BlueLouge sells is the SpaceStation, which is a beautifully minimal desk organizer for laptop users containing internal coiling pins that conceal all the cords that come standard with the modern computer. The SpaceStation sells for $79.95, and you can view plenty of photos and read all about its features by clicking the nice big photo of it on BlueLounge's homepage (
