Print Comment
DENVER — Former U.S. Sen. Hank Brown, who stepped down as president of the University of Colorado in March, has joined the Denver law firm of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck.

The law firm said Thursday that Brown will focus on banking, water, natural resources and public affairs.

Brown has also served as president of the University of Northern Colorado and of the Daniels Fund, a Denver-based foundation that gives grants and scholarships in several areas.

Brown served 10 years in the U.S. House and four years in the state Senate. He has a law degree from CU.

He also plans to teach political science and law at the Boulder campus.
