The Summit Community Care Clinic is pleased to offer a free educational workshop on diabetes for individuals and families living with the disease on Thursday from 6-7:30 p.m. in the Hobby Room of the Summit County Community and Senior Center near Frisco.
Dr. Karen Wyatt, medical director of the Care Clinic, will discuss how diabetes affects the body as well as healthy living strategies and methods to effectively manage your health. Come ask questions and share your experiences with professionals and peers.
Free Hemoglobin A1c blood tests and diabetic resources available.
