The Summit Community Care Clinic would like to thank the Summit County Seniors for their generous contribution in support of our stay SHARP in Summit County (Senior Health Assessment & Risk Prevention) program, dental and denture services, psychiatric and counseling services and our prescription assistance program. We greatly value and appreciate the partnership we have with the Summit County Seniors, and we are grateful for the tremendous amount that they give back to their community.
