The upcoming course: Land Conservation Benefits and Tax Credits will be held on Dec. 3 at the Summit County Community and Senior Center in Frisco. The four-hour course will be offered from 8:30 a.m to 1 p.m. Registration begins at 8 a.m.
Presenters include Bill Gouger, both CPA and attorney considered an expert on conservation law and easement transactions in Colorado, and Mike Strugar who organized the creation of the Colorado Conservation Tax Credit and runs the Conservation Resource Center.
The cost is $65. Please register by Friday, Nov. 28. Space is limited.
