The famous Best of the West chili cook-off returns to Frisco, Dec. 3, from 5:30-7:30 p.m., downstairs at Po’ Boy’s Restaurant and Shag. Whether you like it hot or mild, chunky or smooth come vote for your favorite amateur and professional cookers as they serve up their love for the bean.
Registration is free and anyone can enter. Contact the Frisco Chamber of Commerce for entry form by calling (970) 389-5698. Red, green and vegetarian chili entries should be taken to Po’Boys restaurant by 5 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3 for judging and the People’s Choice awards.
The event is a chamber mixer that is open to the public. This event is one of the largest chamber mixers and by far has the best food, so come out and make some new friends. The cost is $5 for members and $10 for nonmembers.
