Q: What type of business do you operate - what do you sell, or what service do you provide?

A: Straight Creek Apartments, Dillon, has been under new ownership and management by Corum Real Estate Group since late 2008. The property has undergone extensive interior renovations with newly remodeled 1- and 2-bedroom layouts. Newly renovated apartments have new carpets, new doors, new lighting and fresh paint. We offer short- and long-term leases with 24-hour maintenance service and on-site laundry facilities. Straight Creek’s rental prices are competitive to others found in the County. Every home at Straight Creek enjoys a sunny streamside south facing deck or balcony overlooking Straight Creek.

Q: Where are you from, and why did you decide to open your business in Summit County?

A: Housing can be a cause of frustration for those who want to live a quiet life in the Colorado Rockies. Since Straight Creek Apartments is now under new management there are a lot of positive changes that allows the newcomer to qualify and secure housing quickly. Corum Real Estate Group understands the housing issues and has broken down any barriers in housing that occur in the mountains especially during the heights of the summer and winter seasons.

Q: What experience do you have in this field?

A: Corum has over 25 years of experience in apartment living. Twelve of those years have been in the mountains. To be more specific Corum manages and owns apartments in Breckenridge, Keystone, Vail, Edwards, Avon, Leadville and Steamboat Springs.
