Rescue crews search for woman who fell in creek

STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, Colorado - Rescue crews are searching for a 40-year-old woman who fell into a creek with her 8-year-old son while hiking with her family in Steamboat Springs.

The Routt County Search and Rescue team continued searching Sunday morning for Steamboat Springs resident Rebecca Green, missing since Saturday afternoon. Green's father says she reaching for her son when they both went into the water near Fish Creek Falls.

Green's son suffered cuts on his head on his head but was talkative and responsive when rescue crews got to him along the creek.

A Summit County swift water rescue team is expected to help with the search.

Steamboat Springs is about 155 miles northwest of Denver.
