Q: What type of business do you operate - what do you sell, or what service do you provide?
A: Sacred Baby provides physical, nutritional and educational support for prenatal and postnatal moms and families with a strong commitment to the use and awareness of growing up naturally. We offer fitness classes through Baby Boot Camp, Personal training sessions, Doula services for pre natal moms and nutritional support for pregnant moms and babies.
Fitness Classes will be offered through a nationally recognized fitness program by licensed personal trainers. Baby Boot Camp's prenatal fitness classes and postpartum stroller fitness classes provide a comprehensive range of fitness programming to meet your individual fitness needs. We offer a Prenatal, Level 1 and Level 2 programming, designed to enable our pregnant or newly postpartum moms and conditioned or athletic moms to exercise with their baby. Additionally, both Corrie and Amy are trained doulas providing continuous physical, emotional and informational support to mothers and fathers before, during and just after birth.
Q: Where are you from, and why did you decide to open your business in Summit County?
A: Originally from the East Coast and as mother's living in Summit County for over 10 years, we saw a missing link to the support system for families.
Q: What experience do you have in this field?
A: Having been involved in the field of fitness for many years and holding multiple certifications, Amy brings her own personal fitness training experiences to the Baby Boot Camp Fitness Program. The ability to design and modify classes or individual personal training sessions to meet a clients needs is just one of the ways she can ensure that fitness goals are being met. As newly trained doulas, we are excited to provide our community with a resource for pre and post partum care. Corrie's passion for and understanding of the birthing process will comfort, while providing necessary information to mom's delivering here in Summit County or in Eagle County. Studies have shown that when doulas attend birth, labors are shorter with fewer complications, babies are healthier and they breastfeed more easily. We are dedicated to the service and care we provide to our moms and families and we look forward to sharing our knowledge and experiences with Summit County.
Q: What sets your business apart from other similar businesses?
