SUMMIT COUNTY — Some folks in Keystone may have gotten a cold pizza last week, after the unlicensed delivery driver with a sticky gas pedal smashed into a neighbor's garage door.
A deputy with Summit County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to the scene after the garage's intrusion alarm was set off.
The delivery driver said she was trying to turn around in the driveway when “her gas pedal became stuck and she struck the garage door and frame of the house, damaging both...” according to police report.
The vehicle's front passenger side was damaged as well.
The driver was unable to provide current insurance or a valid driver's license.
She was summoned with charges of careless driving and lack of insurance and driver's license.

Drunken motorist takes a spin, goes to jail
An alcohol-infused motorist hit the gas last week when a Sheriff's deputy switched on the lights and sirens, but the right turn at 45 mph wasn't quite the rally-racer drift move he may have anticipated.A sheriff's deputy was traveling south on Highway 9 near Coyne Valley Road in Breckenridge when the sedan was spotted darting in the opposite direction at about 65 mph in a 35 mph construction zone.
When the deputy switched on the emergency lights and sirens, the sedan “appeared to speed up substantially,” according to the sheriff's office report.
“As the sedan passed Fairview Boulevard it drove through a ‘turn only lane' and almost lost control,” according to the report.
The sedan took the right turn at a “high rate of speed” of about 45 mph.
“During this turn the driver lost control and spun sideways,” according to the report.
The pursuit ended after the driver “straightened out” the sedan, traveled about 500 more yards and stopped.
The driver smelled of alcohol, slurred his speech and failed roadside maneuvers. A breath test showed blood alcohol content of 0.167.
He was booked in Summit County Jail with charges of driving under the influence, speeding more than 25 mph over the speed limit and careless driving.
