Bristlecone health services expands to Eagle County

FRISCO— Bristlecone Health Services recently expanded its home health services to include all of Eagle County.

The organization continues to aid Summit County residents in their homes. Bristlecone's team of nurses, therapists, social workers, aides and chaplains provided over 3,500 skilled home visits over the past year.

Stacy Berry managed the extensive growth of Bristlecone over the past year, a press release said.

“We are excited to expand our services to Eagle County and be able to serve those in need in the surrounding mountain communities. We have such an amazing group of health professionals and partners working with us. We are thrilled to grow our team,” Berry said.

Bristlecone Health Services is an important community service because it provides health services like home care, end-of-life care, wound care, medication monitoring, disease and nutrition education, and administration of I.V. medications.

Rhabilitation services, bathing and personal care, and chaplain-conducted bereavement counseling is also available to the mountain communities.
