From The Frisco Director

I'd like to start off the year with a quick recap of what has been going on in the beautiful town of Frisco. We are currently sitting on just over $108 million in inventory spread across 151 homes and condos. The average home has been on the market for 311 days with an average asking price of $717,659. 71 homes have sold with 20 properties pending. The average days on market for those properties that have sold is 218 with an average sales price of $499,515. Remarkably only 2 properties over $1 million have sold in Frisco this year.

The market has definitely picked up in the last two months. I am hoping for a strong finish to the year and with the tax credit extension and expansion, it should be. I thank you for the opportunity to represent you on the board of directors this year.
