SILVERTHORNE - Saturday's fourth annual Outlets at Silverthorne Shopping Extravaganza sold nearly 900 tickets by early Friday afternoon, up from 380 the previous year.
"We're pleased as punch the community has gotten around it and supported it," said Jayne Esser, marketing director for the Outlets.
She said a limited number of the $20 tickets will be available this morning at 9 a.m. for the event featuring free breakfast and lunch, wine sampling, a dessert bar and much more. More than $20,000 in raffle prizes are to be given away, up from $10,000 at last year's event.
Tickets are available at the Outlets management office at 246-V Rainbow Drive behind Wendy's, next to Adidas.
The event benefits nine nonprofits including Summit Cancer Support Group and Breckenridge Outdoor Education.
