If you have not yet become aware of the new rule that Fannie Mae has instituted about short term rentals and lending, please familiarize yourself with it. This is something that will affect resort areas such as ours in a very negative way!! This is the time to let NAR know how we feel.

Things continue to be slow in our market, and we may not have seen the bottom of the market as if yet. The stock market was higher than ever last week, and is now coming down a bit.

Heading into Christmas, I want to issue a challenge called FEED IT FORWRD. In this challenge you are to take a meal to a friend, just to let them know they matter to you, or a family that is in need. Your instructions to them are to refill the containers with a meal, and ask them to take it to someone else who could use the same reminder. We are in a time when commercialization of Christmas needs to be downplayed, and caring about others is brought to light!!! Be more than a realtor to all!
