On Thursday at 6 p.m., the Quandary Grille and NRC Broadcasting will host a benefit dinner at Quandary Grille for Keystone Science School entitled “The Science of Beer.” The event will feature a four-course gourmet dinner with micro-brew beer pairings from local breweries, with Summit County's best brewmasters providing short presentations on each beer.
