We also have many books on exercise and diet to help you get in shape. Why not listen to the downloadable book The ABC's of Getting out of Debt by Sutton or check out the book Solve Your Money Troubles: Debt, Credit and Bankruptcy by Leonard. This book will help you figure out what you owe; negotiate with your creditors and help you find the money to pay back your debts.
Have you been wanting to stop smoking for some time? The library can help you follow through on your resolution. Check out the book The Easy Way to Stop Smoking by Carr. This book will help you deal with your nicotine addiction and get you to stop smoking. Or you might listen to How to Quit Smoking without Gaining Weight by Katahn, which is on tape.
