DILLON — Dillon's officials extended its moratorium on medical marijuana dispensaries at Tuesday's town meeting until the end of 2010.

The extension goes into effect immediately. It would have expired on Feb. 13 if the town hadn't taken any action.

Staff and council members say they want to have more time to see how the state will approach regulations before they make any decisions.
