SUMMIT COUNTY — Next year's season passes have hit the market, with spring prices about $10 higher than last year's.

Copper Mountain, notwithstanding its recent split from Intrawest, is still partnering with Intrawest-owned Winter Park and Steamboat to offer a multi-resort season pass. The Rocky Mountain Super Pass Plus offers skiers and riders unlimited access to Copper and Winter Park and six days at Steamboat for $409. The Rocky Mountain Super Pass, without the days at Steamboat, is also on sale now for $409.

“The Rocky Mountain Super Passes are fantastic products for skiers and riders,” said Copper spokeswoman Lauren Pelletreau. “People really enjoyed them in the past, having the option of three great places. It just made a whole lot of sense to all of us to continue to offer those products.”

As of yet, Copper has not offered any pass products that include access to other resorts of Powdr Corp, which purchased Copper from Intrawest in December. Powdr Corp also owns Park City Mountain Resort, Killington Resort and Mount Bachelor, among other ski areas.

Vail Resorts is once again offering its Epic Pass, with unlimited access to Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Heavenly, Vail and Beaver Creek. This year's pass costs $599 this spring, up from $579 last spring. Vail Resorts released a new pass that includes access to only A-Basin and Keystone for $359 this spring. The company is accepting $49 down-payments to guarantee the lowest spring price, with the remainder of payment due in the fall.
