Colorado Supreme Court Justice Gregory Hobbs will speak to the Summit Chamber of Commerce Legislative Affairs Council at noon on Wednesday, May 12. The public is welcome to attend.

Justice Hobbs will speak on the topic of “The Role of Climate on Colorado Water Law.” Justice Hobbs is one of Colorado's top authorities on Colorado water law and related issues.
