Q: Where are you from, and why did you decide to open your business in Summit County?

A: Sundance Plumbing & Heating has built a strong reputation for customer satisfaction in the Vail Valley for over 12 years. Our new branch is Sundance Water, exclusive dealer for Kinetico Water Treatment Systems throughout Summit County and Western Colorado. Our mission is to provide our customers unsurpassed satisfaction with their water treatment. We chose Summit County because the majority of the drinking water throughout the county has large amounts of pollutants that can be eliminated by our home water systems.

Q: What experience do you have in this field?

A: Our owner, Ken Netzeband, has been living in the valley for 14 years. He has been a Master Plumber for over 34 years and can fix a broken pipe with his eyes closed. A: One of our favorite customers, Jimmy Ibbotsom, who is a member of the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, called us after we installed one of our home water softener systems to let us know that women were lining up around the block to take showers with him!
