The Imagination Express series, formerly known as the Kidz Calliope Series, presents Birds of Prey from 2-3 p.m. Tuesday at the Riverwalk Center. Witness eagles, hawks, owls and falcons up close with the Raptor Education Fund. These rescued birds not only represent the majesty of nature, but our role in the natural world.
The Raptor Education Foundation provides a rescue service, 24-hour care and rehabilitation facilities for injured raptors. They provide a permanent, caring environment for raptors unable to return to the wild, and are committed to increasing rare species, and sharing knowledge and information on the medical treatment and rehabilitation of raptors. The Raptor Foundation is permanent home to more than 200 birds.
Imagination Express is an affordable family series presented by the Town of Breckenridge featuring a variety of performances highlighting the best in children's entertainment. These interactive performances can feature everything from live animals to bike stunts to theatre to music and takes place on various Tuesdays and Sundays afternoons throughout the summer at the Riverwalk Center.
