SUMMIT COUNTY — Pinnacle Mountain Homes has swept its category in the 17th annual Parade of Homes, sponsored by the Summit County Builders Association.
Pinnacle, which just last week was named 2012 Builder of the Year in the custom home category by Builder Magazine , earned all the awards in the category of single-family homes from 2,000 square feet to 5,000 square feet for its home at 138 Topaz Road (House #1) in Silverthorne. Earlier this month, Pinnacle Mountain Homes made Inc. Magazine's annual list of “America's Fastest Growing Companies.” Pinnacle also was named “Best Overall” in the category of homes more than 6,000 square feet for its home at 0952 Gold Run Road, Breckenridge (House #13).

Gallagher, who received multiple awards and won “Best Overall” in the category of single-family homes from 5,001 square feet to 6,000 square feet (House #12).
This year's Parade of Homes includes new single-family construction, homes that have had extensive renovations, affordable multi-family housing and luxury multi-family housing. Homes are open to the public from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. this weekend and next. Tickets that can be exchanged for wristbands are available at the City Markets in Breckenridge and Dillon, as well as most of the homes.
The Energy Star Award – presented by High Country Conservation Center – was given to the Summit Housing Development Corporation for units at the Valley Brook neighborhood in Breckenridge. The Summit Housing Development Corp. also won “Best Overall” in its category of multi-family homes under $1 million.
The public has the option of picking their favorite home in the People's Choice award category and votes can be placed at www.mountainliving.com. Proceeds from the Parade of Homes benefit The Summit Foundation.
