High Country Conservation Center, Summit County government, Matthew Stais Architects and the Town of Breckenridge invite the public to attend an informal open house for the new Breckenridge Resource Recovery and Education Center (BRREC) on Wednesday, from 6-7:30 p.m., at the Breckenridge Recreation Center. Guests will have the opportunity to give their input on current and future plans for BRREC that include collection of traditional and hard-to-recycle materials, an education pavilion and community gardens.
