Is your child interested in lacrosse?

Join the Breckenridge Recreation Center lacrosse team. With teams for fourth- through eighth-graders, boys and girls alike can learn the game and play in the Colorado Youth Lacrosse Association League with their Summit County teammates. Games take place on Saturdays throughout April and May in the Denver area. Teams will practice at the rec center twice a week starting in March (practice days and times TBA). No experience? No problem! Our knowledgeable coaches will teach your children everything they need to know for a successful season. The program culminates with a weekend jamboree tournament in Denver. Rental gear is available upon request. Registration is open until Friday and is $270 for the season.

Not interested in the competitive league? Try out lacrosse in a fun, low-pressure environment with our Learn to Play Lacrosse After School Program at the rec center. The program is open to Summit youth ages 6-12 and runs March 22-May 24 from 4:30-5:30 p.m. The cost is $81 for rec center members and $90 for non-members.

Child care program at St. John's

St. John the Baptist Church in Breckenridge offers a child care outreach program for local families. It is offered Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Contact Kari Duffy for more info at skduffy99@comcast.net.

Registration open for High Country Soccer spring rec leagues

High Country Soccer spring youth recreational leagues and tot soccer registration is open. Junior passers (K thru second grade) & intermediates (third thru fifth grade) leagues are available.
