Colo. ABATE District 14 says thanks for supporting Poker Run

Colorado ABATE District 14 would like to extend gratitude to all the riders, supporters and participants that enabled our annual motorcycle Poker Run in July to be so successful. We were able to donate $1,200 to the SANE program at Summit Medical Center in Frisco from the proceeds of that ride. Not only was it a great day of motorcycling and camaraderie, but it was a contribution to our local community through the shared interests of many individuals and businesses. Holiday Inn of Frisco was particularly instrumental in accommodating our riders and securing our success, both before and after the ride. We would like to thank Andy Bradford and Jeff Skill from the Holiday Inn for their hospitality and generous donation to our cause, Chris and Tim of Local's Liquors, Jimbo Deines of Precision Ski, Bill Housh of NAPA, AutoZone, Dillon Ridge Liquors, Cala Inn, Car Quest, Grumpy Young and Elevation Fitness for their generous support and donations of raffle prizes. And thank you Doug from the Summit Academy of Rock for throwing down some awesome entertainment at the apres ride. And special thanks to the membership of our local district, who tirelessly and endlessly make these events happen.

Our organization stands for rider education, legislative fairness, and freedom of the road, and we are honored to give back to our local community. Thanks to all who were part, and we look forward to seeing you on the road next year.
