Celebration of life for Russell Kent Sigler Wednesday in Frisco

Friends and family will gather for a celebration of the life of local Russell Kent Sigler, affectionately known as "Siggy" from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Summit County Community and Senior Center in Frisco.

Sigler died in a fire that broke out at his Farmer's Korner home last week.

He was 65 years old.

In lieu of flowers, his family is asking that donations be made to the Summit County Animal Control, specifically for cats. The animal shelter is located at 0058 Nancy's Place in Frisco.

Those with questions or looking for additional information should contact Kimberly Campbell, with the Summit County Ambulance Service at (970) 485-2294.
