Breckenridge Police Department
Police were unable to identify a suspect in an apparent theft from the Breckenridge Recreation Center men's locker room.
A guest of the rec center reported a black iPhone 4 and $50 in cash stolen from an unlocked locker in the men's locker room while the owner was in the hot tub, according to a report from the Breckenridge Police Department.
The cash was stolen from a wallet, but the wallet itself was not taken, the report states.
Breckenridge officers were unable to find any useful information from surveillance videos and the case was listed inactive.
Two men were cited for disorderly conduct after Breckenridge authorities found them fighting on the ground on Main Street.
The two men became involved in a physical altercation after one allegedly began yelling profanities at the other while passing him on the street. The second man yelled back and the two started punching one another, according to a report from the Breckenridge Police Department.
Two friends got involved trying to break up the fight, the report stated.
Both men suffered minor cuts and were issued tickets at the scene.
Two people who refused to vacate the hot tub of a local condominium complex when asked by the property manager were cited for third-degree criminal trespass Feb. 9.
The property manager called the authorities after the two individuals tried to remain in the hot tub area after closing time and after they had been asked to leave, according to a report from the Summit County Sheriff's Office.
A deputy contacted them approximately an hour after the posted closing time. The pair said they didn't know the hot tub had closed and had never been told to leave. One of the individuals said there had been another group of people in the jacuzzi, and that had likely been the party the property manager had contacted, according to the report.
The report stated both individuals showed signs of intoxication.
There was a sign nearby posting the hot tub closing time.
The property manager confirmed the two were the people he had previously asked to leave.
