Keystone Resort’s Savor the Slopes features a week of culinary specials from Sunday, Jan. 31 through Saturday, Feb. 6, showcasing some of the resort’s most acclaimed restaurants. Featured restaurant’s will include the Ski Tip Lodge, recently named one of OpenTable.com’s Top 100 restaurants in the country for the second year in a row, the Alpenglow Stube, the highest-elevation AAA Four-Diamond restaurant in North America, and the Keystone Ranch, featuring a new steakhouse concept and menu this winter.

Guests can enjoy highlighted culinary experiences throughout the week at Keystone during Savor the Slopes, at the following special events:

Sunday, Jan. 31 – Ski Tip Lodge



Join Chef Jordan Alley for a hands-on demonstration in the Ski Tip Lodge. Chef Alley will join diners in an intimate atmosphere for three demonstrations and tastings.

Time: 3-5 p.m.



Cost: $25/per person

Monday, Feb. 1 – Black Bear Grill

Chef de Cuisine Michael Albright hosts a one-night entrée special featuring Chef’s Chicken Marsala with crimini mushrooms, served over bow tie pasta and served with Tilia Malbec.

Time: 5:30-9 p.m.

Cost: $26 for entrée special with wine pairing; $22 for entrée only

Tuesday, Feb. 2 – 9280’

Relax after a day on the mountain with an IPA beer tasting, featuring some of the best breweries in Colorado. All tastings include two appetizers.

Time: Offered anytime from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Cost: $20.16/person. Must be 21 years of age.

Wednesday, Feb. 3 – Keystone Ranch

Experience the history of the Keystone Ranch while enjoying Chef Steven Vlass’ new menu, filled with Colorado steakhouse classics. Guests will receive a free appetizer with the purchase of an entrée. Chef Vlass will be spending time in the dining room offering wine pairing suggestions, small samples, and the opportunity to hear more about the new menu and his culinary point of view.

Time: 5:30-8:30 p.m.

Cost: Free appetizer with purchase of full-price entrée

Thursday, Feb. 4 – Bighorn Bistro and Bar

Enjoy a five-course dinner pairing with Bighorn Bistro executive chef James Demling and Diageo Whiskey Ambassador Alastair Menzie, featuring five courses of Colorado dishes paired with the finest whiskeys.

Time: 6:30 p.m.

Location: Lakeside Suite, Keystone Lodge

Cost: $89/person.

Thursday, Feb. 4 – Saturday, Feb. 6 – Alpenglow Stube

Thursday through Saturday, lunch diners at the Alpenglow Stube who purchase a two-course lunch will receive a complimentary upgrade to a three-course meal, complete with a free dessert. Guests will also receive a 20-percent discount coupon that may be utilized during a dinner at Alpenglow Stube or Der Fondue Chessel, valid for the remainder of season.

Time: 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Cost: $29.95/person.
