8 a.m., Colorado Mountain College, 107 Denison Placer Road. Get ready for an action packed discussion about business resources in the High Country. Key business resources to meet one on one with business owners about resources in the community. Everything from confidential free business consulting to discovering an abundance of new financial strategies and developing goals to build wealth. Certified SBDC Business Consultant will discuss the free business consulting available.

Arts Alive

Breckenridge, every day

11 a.m., 501 S. Main St., La Cima Mall. Arts Alive Gallery is excited to highlight a new member as Artist of the Month. Katie Sherman is a fiber artist who will be exhibiting her works in the gallery for the month of May. The opening reception is the 2nd Saturday, May 10, from 4-8 p.m. The gallery continues it’s ‘Spring into Spring’ show with works from gallery artists.

Adult Drop-In Hockey

Frisco, May 7

7:15 p.m., Stephen C. West Ice Arena, 0189 Boreas Pass Road. These sessions allow players to scrimmage and play pick-up hockey. All players must be 18 years of age or older, and rough play and inappropriate behavior is not allowed. Helmets are required and full equipment is highly recommended.
