Alpenglow Chamber Music Special Spring Performance

Kids Fishing Derby

9 a.m., Town of Silverthorne Fishing Derby, Willowbrook Road, Trent Park Pond. Free fishing derby for kids 14 and under. Bring your own fishing gear and tackle.

Summit Youth Baseball Opening Day

Silverthorne, June 7

9 a.m., Dillon Dam Complex. This is opening day for all of the Summit Youth Baseball teams. Games,photos and concessions to mark the start of the baseball season.

Bicycle Tour de Gardens

Frisco, June 7

10 a.m., Frisco County Commons Building, 37 Summit County Road. Summit Reads last event for 2014 is the Bicycle Tour de Gardens hosted by Dan Schroeder of CSU Extension Services. The tour will begin at the the Frisco County Commons and then visit the Sue Cruth Memorial Plant, Select High Altitude Demonstration Garden; Marie’s Community and Senior Center Garden; Nancy’s Hoop House Community Garden and The Living Classroom at HC3.
