Today's top five things to do in Summit County

Copper’s Gone to the Dogs

Copper Mountain, June 28

8 a.m., Copper Mountain Resort, 209 Ten Mile Circle. There will be a 5K and a 10K course available for registration. The race will conclude in the Copper’s Center Village, where participants are invited to stay and enjoy the’Dog Gone Vendor Village’ featuring live music, refreshments and treats for two and four-legged competitors. One hundred percent of the event proceeds benefit the LAPS.

FOLBR Community Gathering

Silverthorne, June 28

2 p.m., Slate Creek Community Hall, 12 miles North of Silverthorne. Friends of the Lower Blue River Annual Community Gathering Concert with Kerry Grombacher and ice cream social.

Monty Python’s Spamalot

NRO presents ‘Beethoven Symphony No. 5’

7:30 p.m., Breckenridge Riverwalk Center, 150 W. Adams Ave. Music Director, Carl Topilow, leads the National Repertory Orchestra in a performance of Beethoven’s monstrous Symphony No. 5. Meet The Artists Art Fair

Breckenridge, June 28 & 29

10 a.m., Breckenridge Riverwalk Center, 150 W. Adams Ave. Meet The Artists outdoor art market features 30 Colorado artists plus the Arts Alive Summit County Artist booth. Jewelry, photography, paintings, textiles, pottery, wearable art and more. Great for gift shopping or find home decor with a story. The Art Fair is the main fundraiser for the Summit County Arts Council. It funds the Arts Alive Gallery in La Cima Mall in Breckenridge at Park and Main.
