The Frisco Adventure Park continues its series of free Frisco Family Fun Nights Tuesday, July 22, with a showing of “The Lorax,” a story about a grumpy yet charming creature that fights to protect the natural world.
“We have had lots folks out at these perfect free family happy hours,” said Jon “Zeke” Zdelchlik, Frisco recreation general manager, in a news release. “Last week the pump track was full of kids on bikes, and we also had a good showing of bike riding princesses for the movie ‘Frozen’ too. We are so pleased that locals and visitors alike are discovering our own little Frisco hidden gem.”
Tuesday marks the second in a series of three free Frisco Family Fun Nights. The event takes place from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Frisco Adventure Park, with “The Lorax” starting at 6:30 p.m.
The Frisco Adventure Park Day Lodge will serve as the base for the event and like last week, employees will highlight a specific park amenity.
Pizza from a local restaurant will be available for sale from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Day Lodge, and beverages will be available for sale throughout the evening.
