‘WAYMISH’ workshop coming

The Summit County Chamber of Commerce in Partnership with CMC’s Customized Business Services is offering an interactive workshop titled “Why Are You Making It so Hard for Me to Give You My Money? (WAYMISH for short). This workshop is intended for all businesses who deal with customers. If you’ve ever wondered how many customers your organization loses everyday — it may be more than you think. Sometimes a customer approaches your place of business, fully intending to buy something. Then, it happens ... something frustrates the customer to the point that she changes her mind without spending a dime. The “it” is a WAYMISH, and two out of three times it results in the permanent loss of a customer — and you may not even be aware of it. Attend this important workshop on Friday, from 8:30-10:30 a.m. at CMC Breckenridge and find out how you can keep your customers. Please register before Thursday by calling CMC at 453-6757. Chamber members $45 and non-members $55; light breakfast will be provided.
