Pickin’ in the Pines

Frisco, Nov. 20

9 p.m. - 2 a.m., The Barkley Ballroom, 610 Main St., Frisco. The free bluegrass series at The Barkley Ballroom takes place every Wednesday. This week, award winning guitar player and Icelantic professional skier Mark Morris has rounded up some of the best front range musicians. Free show at 9:30 p.m. Call (970) 708-7042.

Open Studio at Quandry Antiques Cabin

Breckenridge, Nov. 20

Open studio is designed for ceramic enthusiasts that have some clay experience. Come in and work on a project of your choice. $12 drop in fee or $100 for a ten-visit punch pass. Clay is $30 a bag or $10 for 1/3 of a bag; includes bisque and glaze firings.

Grand Opening - Chantilly’s Make-up and Brow Bar

Come down to Chantilly’s Make-up and Brow Bar from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. for the grand opening celebration and ribbon cutting. Drinks and appetizers will be served from 5-8 p.m., 105 Jefferson Ave., Breckenridge.
