I love skiing and riding in the winter, and golfing, hiking and playing tennis in the summer.Q: How long have you worked in real estate? 11 yearsQ: What is your specialty? I love working with buyers and sellers equally and concentrate on residential.Q: What designations do you have and what does that mean for people you with? I have several designations including, BRI, MRE, ePRO, GREEN, and RSPS. Every designation is more knowledge to keep me abreast of important information that I can pass along to clients.Q: What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of what you do? I enjoy helping people through an emotional process that can be overwhelming. The best part is seeing the joy and satisfaction a year or two after the closing.Q: What is the most unique property you’ve listed or sold?In Summit County every property is unique! However I do remember a very small bank-owned house I sold in Park County that had a wood foundation and no well permit!Q: What are the top three things that separate you from your competitors?I specialize in the small details, making sure that my clients never have an unpleasant surprise to add to their emotional level. Often what might have been a major issue, if caught early, becomes a non-issue.Q: What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home?Listen to your Realtor. We know the market and can guide you wisely. Too often buyers and sellers listen to people who are either misinformed or clueless.Q: What do you see in the future for real estate sales/prices?Everything is cyclical and we will recover, but it will be slow for the next five years. My biggest concern is how international crises will impact the U.S. economy.Q: Why should someone chose you as their real estate broker?I care about my clients as people and never waste their time. I am always thoroughly prepared to make the best use of their precious time here in the mountains.
