Heading to Keystone on an empty stomach? Don’t miss the opportunity to fill your belly at the Ski Tip Lodge. Originally an 1800s stagecoach stop and later the first skier lodge for Arapahoe Basin in the 1940s, it is now best known for its restaurant, which features a revolving, four-course menu and out-of-this-world desserts. What’s most unique, however, is the atmosphere. Cozy, unpretentious and creaky, Ski Tip feels more like a home than a restaurant. Executive chef Kevin McCombs creates new twists on old classics for modern and unique fare, and certified sommelier Megan Morgan offers a wide selection from the restaurant’s impressive wine cellar.
