French Gulch Dredge Hike

Breckenridge, April 21

10 a.m., B&B Trailhead, Airport Road. Hike through Breckenridge’s fabled Golden Horseshoe, the location of dozens of early mining operations. Along the way enjoy scenic views and explore former mine sites. Weather permitting; Reservations required.

Breckenridge Spring Fever Festival

8:30 a.m., Breckenridge Ski Resort, Peak 8 Base Area, T- Bar Restaurant, 1599 Ski Hill Rd. The biggest spring party in the Rocky Mountains is back. Breckenridge Ski Resort’s annual ‘Spring Fever’ month-long festival will again return to Breck to end ski season with a bang, and will feature a series of events both on the mountain and in town.

‘Spring Into Spring’ Gallery

11 a.m., 501 S. Main St., La Cima Mall. The gallery artists are exhibiting a show for spring. Paintings, pottery, clay, glass, photography, fiber and more. Come check out the new bigger location in La Cima Mall. Featured artist of the month is mixed media artist, Valerie Dunning Edwards .

‘Outdoor Art’ Show

Frisco, every day

All day, County Commons Library Gallery. Summit County Arts Exhibit Committee presents the “Outdoor Art” of Marianna Duford. This exhibit features colorful paintings from Colorado, Mexico and Italy printed in a way that allows them to be displayed outdoors or in a spa or pool area. Marianna is a Colorado native whose artwork includes watercolors, oils or acrylics drawn from her travels around the world and especially Colorado.
