Obituary: Sherril Ann Drumright dies

Sherril “Sherry” Ann Drumright, 72, died peacefully on Jan. 3, 2013. Sherry was a Colorado native born in Denver. Sherry married “Duck” Drumright in 1977. Sherry and Duck were married 35 years and 54 days. They resided in the quiet town of Alma for the past 33 years.

Sherry retired after working many years at The Village at Breckenridge as an administrative assistant. Sherry and her husband enjoyed traveling and boating at Lake Powell. She also loved camping with her family. Sherry loved life and everything it offered.

Sherry had a great sense of humor and a smile that would light up any room when she walked in. She will always be remembered as a sweet, happy and wonderful person. She was a wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She will be missed by all who knew her.



Sherry loved the small communities here were she was grateful for all the friends she has made over the years.

She is preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa. She is survived by her husband, Duck; son, “Ringo” and his wife, Yvonne Ginter; daughter, Kris and her husband, Bill Randall; and grandchildren Brandon and Marshall Hughes, Eric and Marisa Ginter, and Rebecca and Dylan Randall. She is also survived by step children Deanna and Danny and other Drumright family members.



Announcement of a memorial to celebrate Sherry’s life will be posted when finalized.
