By Heather Jarvis / hjarvis@summitdaily.com

Editor’s note: Open Mic is a new video series by the Summit Daily News. Each video will pick a topic of interest, getting reactions from locals and visitors on the matter.

After just a couple of months, town staffers say that the new system has helped with these efforts, but some locals are still unsure of its effectiveness.
The Summit Daily hit the streets of Breckenridge to ask people on the street what their opinion was of the new system.
