President Kennedy, a Democrat who would appear to be a Republican now, had the right attitude for helping the poor and middle class. In his famous speech he inspired them rather than offering to give them something. He inspired me to make the most of my self when he said “Ask not what my country can do for me but what I can do for my country. In that speech he talked about helping people world wide to help themselves. He never mentioned giving handouts like the Democrats of today want to do. He also said “Let us never negotiate out of fear but let us never fear to negotiate.
