Special brew and live music will honor the Dillon Dam Brewery’s anniversary

DILLON – The Dillon Dam Brewery is celebrating 10 years in business Thursday through Saturday with events and the serving of an Imperial Stout brewed especially for the occasion.The Imperial Stout, “10,” has five types of barley and five types of hops.

“It was a favorite of Russian Empress Catherine the Great,” said Dam Brewmaster Matt Luhr. “That’s where it gets it’s Imperial title.”The Grande Dame Imperial Ale will also be offered on tap starting on Thursday.



The celebration also includes music by The Fables – a Lennon/McCartney tribute band on Thursday at 8:30 p.m.; live music by Arnie J. Green on Friday from 3-6 p.m. along with birthday cake during that time.Attendants can also register to win a Kegerator and the first free keg. The Kegerator will be given away on Friday at 6 p.m.
