Have you ever wondered what happens behind the scenes at the coroner’s office? Then, join us on Friday at 7 p.m. in the Buffalo Mountain Room, County Commons, at the Main Library, Frisco, as we “Chat with the Summit Coroner’s Office.” In keeping with the “spirit” of Halloween, we’ll find out what it takes to become a coroner, why one would want to and what mysteries are uncovered in this special and important job. Regan Wood, deputy coroner, will speak about her experiences, explain a CSI investigation and answer questions. This event is part of our “Elect to Read” program for adults, and is sponsored by the Friends of the Summit County Libraries.
