A new nonprofit called Earth Medicine Housing, Inc. needs new local board members. We want to provide housing to the most poor, seniors, disabled and people who have take home incomes lower than $1,500 or less. We want to provide housing for permanent, year-round residents. And we want to use innovative earth-friendly building methods, including solar, hot water floor heat, solar hot water and such. There may also be some self-help building projects. We may want to create a store for recycling and donated building products (Not furniture like Habitat for Humanity is doing.) We need someone to create a website that can take donations and other kinds of volunteers as well. Contact Karen Degenhart at (970) 468-9111 or firstname.lastname@example.org.

This is a first-time program and we are looking for leads on multi-family housing in need of this service. Think your housing organization might benefit from an upgrade?
