The Summit County Libraries need volunteers to assist with the upcoming book sale held by the Summit County Friends of the Library. The money generated by the sale will be used for programs that benefit Summit County residents and visitors alike. People are needed to help set up for the sale at 3 p.m. on Thursday in the Buffalo Mountain room at the Main Branch, Frisco. We also need assistance during the sale, which runs from noon to 6 p.m. on Friday, and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday. Also, help is needed during the take-down process, which will begin at 5 p.m. at the completion of the sale. If you are available at any of these times, and would like to help out your local library, please call Joyce Dierauer at (970) 668-5555.
