Good morning and welcome to Summit Up, the world’s only daily column that has a hankering for grilled cheese.
This seemingly simple sandwich is actually surrounded by a fair amount of controversy. First question, as always, is white or wheat bread?

Moving on, we come to the question of cheese. Is Velveeta still king, or has an usurper taken its place? Cheddar? Colby Jack? American? Something French?
